Job List - Doug Ellis

This will be the location where we can put/post maintenance jobs or tasks for Doug Ellis. This blog is not generally known to Ansonia residents - only to board members. Most entries will be made by Mike Freeman and Ron Patterson (although by no means is it limited to them).  Mike

Current Jobs List

• Garage Light Installation (thank you Doug and Jerome)
• Bulb/Fixture Installations (complete with exception of 8ft garage fixtures above)
• Front Canopy Cleaning  
• Pressure Washing of common decks (upper and lower decks)
• Refinish/Painting of exterior doors (research underway - but focus will be first on main and Annex entrance doors)
• Painting lobby area of Annex space (same/similar paint). Go ahead and get whatever ladder you need for this job (we will reimburse)
• Install ‘Video Surveillance’ sign at Entrance
• Drain Water Tanks (can be done while they are on-line or operational)
• Install of the exterior (down) light fixtures - at the alley entrance (WHEN MIKE HAS TAKEN CARE OF THE EXCHANGE WITH UNITED LAMP)
